We hold Florida Private Investigative Agency License # A-1000108 and have served the insurance defense industry for over 35 years. We provide investigative services exclusively to insurance companies, third-party administrators, attorneys, adjusters, and reinsurers.
Our services include surveillance, activity checks, statements, background investigations, SIU investigations, locate services, due diligence, and litigation support.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and professional obligations:
- Client records and case files are retained for a minimum of two (2) years following the close of a matter, or longer if required by applicable law or client agreement
- Website inquiry and contact form submissions are retained for two (2) years unless a client relationship develops, in which case the client retention period applies
- Website usage data collected through analytics is retained per Google Analytics’ standard data retention settings
When information is no longer needed and retention obligations have been met, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

- Encrypted email and document storage through Google Workspace
- Website protected by Cloudflare and WP Engine, including active firewall and DDoS protection
- Automated daily backups with secure off-site storage in Google Drive
- Regular security assessments conducted by our Virtual CISO, Alfaro Engineers, LLC
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
